Services/Programs Description

This is a community-based psychosocial rehabilitation program for adults and seniors with serious mental illness.

Eligibility

To receive this service, you must be an adult/senior with serious mental illness and Medicaid originating from the following counties: Durham, Wake, Johnston, or Cumberland. You must be at least 18 years old with an Axis I diagnosis as the primary focus of current treatment. This includes diagnoses of major depression with psychotic features, bipolar disorder type I, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and psychosis NOS.
