My Action Plan
Your Action Plan is complete—now it’s time to take action. Review your saved action plan items below. You can print or download a PDF of your selected items. Your selections will not be saved permanently, so it is recommended to either print or download your plan. If you would like an editable copy of this document, open the PDF in Microsoft Word and save.
To start a new action plan or add more items to your existing plan select the “Clear My Action Plan” option then return to the Action Plans page and select categories to create a new plan.
