Services/Programs Description

A Brighter Day Community Supports is an accredited community-based provider serving individuals across North Carolina. We are currently accepting referrals for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) as well as individuals with Mental Health diagnoses.

We welcome referrals from Tailored Plans, MCOs/LMEs, care coordinators, hospitals, DSS, and other community partners statewide.

Our services include:

• Individualized Support (ITS)
• 1915(i) Services
• Long-Term Community Supports (LTCS)
• Community Living and Supports (CLS)
• Residential Supports (Alternative Family Living & Supportive Living)
• Supported Living
• Respite Services
• Skill-building focused on independence, daily living, and community integration

We also support individuals transitioning from higher levels of care and work closely with care coordination teams to ensure safe, structured, and person-centered placements that align with each member’s service plan and funding source.

We are currently accepting referrals for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) as well as individuals with Mental Health diagnoses.
