What is this resource?
This resource details the finding of a systematic analysis of existing literature on employment for autistic people of working age. There are four main areas this analysis focuses on: “Navigating Social Demands,” “the Disabling Nature of the Work Environment designed for neurotypical workers,” “Adapt to Me,” and “Understanding, Knowledge, and Acceptance.” These findings emphasize the importance of eliminating barriers in the employment experience for autistic adults.
