Services/Programs Description

Goal to establish a neighborhood of 20 to 24 tiny homes with a community center. There will be space for outdoor activities such as a gazebo, a bbq grill, and garden areas. The community center would conduct programs of interest to everyone in the neighborhood. Some of the proposed activities would include but not limited to; exercise classes, dance lessons, cooking classes, movie night, dances, and holiday parties. People from surrounding communities would be invited to join.


Eligibility

The community is still in the planning stages– eligibility criteria has not yet been announced.


Cost

There will be a deeply affordable set-aside for people with developmental disabilities of approximately 14 units. There will also be a set-aside of 5 units for disabled Veterans and First Responders. The rest of the units will be workforce affordable at 60% of AMI, market rate, and possibly some available for purchase.
