Services/Programs Description

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) provides a comprehensive continuum of community-based services for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) across 56 North Carolina counties. Covenant services include Community Living & Support (CLS), Alternate Family Living (AFL) Residental & Supported Living Programs, Respite Care, Community Networking, Specialized Care & Therapy Services, Supported Employment, and Day Program Supports.
Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are — in their homes, their communities, and their daily lives — and support them in building independence, meaningful connections, and a life they choose.
