Services/Programs Description

Amazing Grace Advocacy provides navigation and support for individuals with disabilities and their families through family and youth programs. They also have a program specifically geared towards the transition to adulthood.

Eligibility

Families and youth (children to age 22) who are struggling with the challenges of Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health/Illness Disorders, Childhood Trauma, Substance Use Disorder and other Neurological Disorders

Cost

Working with a Navigator/Individualized Family Service provider is free for Cabarrus residents, and $30 for non-residents.
