Work Together NC: Supporting Successful Transitions to Adulthood for Individuals with I/DD

This webinar will introduce Work Together NC, a statewide initiative focused on supporting the transition to adulthood and beyond for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Participants will learn about the Work Together NC online hub, a centralized resource designed to support service navigation, person-centered goal planning, and connection to resources. The webinar will also highlight Work Together NC’s continuing education course, which provides practical training on effectively using the website, building knowledge of North Carolina’s disability service systems, and applying evidence-informed practices to support people with I/DD as they navigate adulthood.
