UNC CIDD Virtual Community Talk Series | Benefits of Physical Activity: Strategies to Support Health and Build Community
The presenters are co-principal investigators of a physical activity program for adults with IDD. Their work aims to promote health and wellbeing for these individuals and others. They will describe benefits of physical activity and inclusive community participation and provide information including strategies for supporting physical activity for adults with intellectual disability.
