ECAC Tool Time Tuesday | You’re Not Perfect – and That’s Perfectly Fine!

As the ECAC closes out Parent/Family Leadership Month, it is important to remember you are a leader in your family’s day-to-day life. There are times as a leader in your family and even in your community when you are called upon to make decisions that have no clear right answer. Do you second guess your decisions to the point of keeping you up at night? As parents and caregivers we often strive for perfection and to make perfect decisions. This session will share strategies to practice self-care in decision making.
