Services/Programs Description

This organization provides support for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities as well as their sibling care partners. Services include natural supports education, community networking, assistance for navigating Medicaid funded services, and peer support/coaching.

This is a service for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families.


Cost

Some community events are free; Services may be covered by Medicaid ( Vaya Health Tailored Plan / Innovations Waiver) or private pay. Cost is based on a membership path. Some scholarships available.
