This tele-education series will utilize the ECHO model to provide a learn community for primary care providers to enhance physical health care provided to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The program will consist of eight 90-minute sessions over the next three months with varied topics. There is no cost to participate and CMEs, CEUs and contact hours will be provided.
