Inclusion Works Lunch & Learn: Highlighting Inclusive Employers

For our Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, March 19th, Inclusion Works and Work Together NC will host a panel in honor of Developmental Disability Awareness Month. This session aims to highlight employers across all industries who have successfully hired, supported, and empowered individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to thrive in competitive, integrated employment (CIE).

This session will recognize inclusive employers, showcase best practices, and provide insights on the benefits of hiring individuals with I/DD in CIE workplaces. Panelists will share their experiences and advice with other businesses looking to build a more inclusive workforce.
