Services/Programs Description

Each NC Managed Care Organization (MCO) has a crisis line staffed 24/7 that can help anyone who lives in their region to find services or support for urgent basic needs. Examples of basic needs: food, shelter, housing, health/behavioral health. Spanish language available.

Eligibility

You do not need to be a member of the health plan to reach out to them. They serve all callers living in the counties/communities in their region.
