Our five and six bed group homes are community based in Alamance and Caswell County. We have homes in Burlington, Graham, Mebane, Gibsonville, Elon, Yanceyville, and Blanche.

Group homes and residential support

Eligibility

CRSS – Adult DD Group Homes:
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must be in the Cardinal Innovations Network and approved for innovations or state funded services.
Residents of Alamance and Caswell County will be given priority.
All applicants must have a diagnosis of intellectual or other developmental disability.
Must be approved by our Admission Committee.

ICF/IDD (Intermediate Care Facility):
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must be in the Cardinal Innovations Network or Centerpoint and be approved for services.
Residents of Alamance and Caswell County will be given priority.
All applicants must have a diagnosis of intellectual or other developmental disability and meet the criteria for ICF/IDD care.
Must require 24 hour awake staffing.
Must be approved by our Admission Committee.
