Services/Programs Description

Group homes, residential support, and day programs

Eligibility

CRSS – Adult Group Homes:
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
All applicants must have a diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disability or autism.
Must have no criminal background.
Must be eligible for the Innovations Waiver or in lieu of services (such as long term community supports)
Must be approved by our Admission Committee.

ICF/IDD (Intermediate Care Facility):
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
All applicants must have a diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disability or autism.
Must meet the criteria for ICF/IDD care.
Must require 24 hour awake staffing.
Must have no criminal background.
Must be approved by our Admission Committee.
