Connects parents of children with disabilities to parent mentors to provide emotional and informational support; refers families to local services and inclusive social events

Eligibility

Family must have a child with special needs, which is defined as developmental disabilities, special healthcare needs, mental health disorders, learning disabilities, or being in the foster care system
