Foster Family Alliance of NC (https://www.ffa-nc.org/) will present an informational webinar for Foster Familes and the professionals who serve them. We will cover the requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for serving eligible students with a disability and the requirements under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. This session will provide information on what the procedure is for referring a student and accessing services, as appropriate.
