The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires full and equal access for people with disabilities in all areas of public life, including healthcare settings. Yet, many children and adults with disabilities face limited access, inadequate communication, and lack of accommodations when visiting a health provider. This webinar will provide an overview of the ADA as it applies to a healthcare setting, highlighting common barriers, and focusing on strategies for parents and caregivers to advocate effectively in healthcare settings.

*Spanish interpretation will be provided*
