Work Together NC helps individuals, families, service provider organizations, and employers work together, so that transitioning to adulthood can be a better experience for all. In this segment, WTNC project coordinator Jacklyn Boheler will share WTNC’s “What’s Next? College” guide which was developed to assist students with intellectual disabilities (and their support team) to explore college options in North Carolina.
