The NC Medicaid Ombudsman Program is an education and advocacy organization that is here to empower people with Medicaid. We can help you navigate the Medicaid Managed Care system. We provide free and confidential services to help people with Medicaid understand their benefits and resolve problems, so they can access the health care they need.

This is accomplished by offering opportunities for stakeholders representing important expertise to provide their perspectives, including expressing what they see as challenges and opportunities.
