Come learn about Supported Living from Liberty Corner! If you’re unfamiliar with Supported Living, and would like to learn more, this session is for you.
We’ll help you to understand Supported Living as a residential service option, how you can access, and who can benefit from this model of care.
We’ll include stories of people’s experiences about what it’s like to receive care in this setting.
