The Help Hub offers:
- Assistance with the process of applying for Medicaid, SSI, or connecting with DSS and disability resources.
- Links to doctors, dentists, behavioral health and vision providers, and other specialists.
- Medication education and help with financial assistance.
- Connections to resources for food, housing, jobs, and much more.
- Referrals for care and durable medical equipment (DME).
- Education on lifestyle changes.
- Education to improve health and conditions.
