Services/Programs Description

C&FD is a multidisciplinary practice offering diagnostic and therapeutic services to Charlotte area children, adolescents, young adults and their families. Services include Speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychological services, education services and ABA therapy for clients age birth to 21 years old. We have offices located in Pineville and Midtown Charlotte.

Eligibility

All clients from birth to 21 years of age are welcome.
