Services/Programs Description

This organization offers many services to address the needs of individuals with disabilities, including the following:
- Innovations Waiver Community Navigation, including resources, training and tools to help individuals reach their goals
- Individual and group day support
- 1915i services
- Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver
- Long-term community supports (in lieu of Medicaid)

Eligibility

This is a service for individuals with disabilities. While Ryan's Place is based in Matthews, NC, they have statewide service options.

Cost

Ryan's Place offers community living & networking supports, supported employment, respite, and supported living including alternative family living under the NC Innovations Waiver.
