ECAC | Communication, Negotiation & Resolving Disagreements in Special Education

Conflict is an inevitable part of any relationship, and IEP teams are not immune. From time to time in the IEP process, disagreements may arise. When conflict is dealt with respectfully and effectively, teams can often reach consensus through informal means. There are times when additional support and more formal processes are needed to resolve a disagreement. Join us as we discuss ways to work together to prevent conflict and resolve disputes.
