This three-part training video series, Changing Attitudes: Fostering Inclusion & Belonging for Neurodivergent University Students was designed to help UNC faculty, staff, practicum instructors, task supervisors, and preceptors better understand neurodiversity and cultivate a more inclusive campus environment. Funded by the North Carolina Area Health Education Center (NC AHEC) Program, the series is a joint initiative between the UNC School of Social Work’s AHEC Training Partnership and the Center for Aging and Adult Research and Educational Services (Cares). Together, these videos aim to challenge biases, reduce stigma, and equip faculty and staff with tools to create a more affirming and equitable learning environment for all students.
